Our researcher Celia Aveleira participated in the Cell Press Symposia: Hallmarks of aging, held October 4–6, in Seville, Spain.
This conference brought together scientists who approach aging from different perspectives, with the goal of providing a better understanding of biological aging and exploring possibilities that could lead to slowing or reversing aging.

Célia also presented a poster and received the Best Poster Award for her work titled “Dynamics Safeguard Nuclear Envelope Integrity and Genomic Stability,” developed with Coimbra University, as part of the EMERGE project, funded by the FCT: Foundation for Science and Technology.
